Everything You Need to Know Before Claiming Your Discount

No catch at all. We're offering 10% off to secure a small number of new direct clients this summer. Our margins on extensions, loft conversions and garden rooms allow us to do this while still delivering the same quality. The discount applies to the full project cost and will be clearly shown on your quote.
Not a problem. We work with a trusted local architect and can manage the whole process for you, from initial drawings through to planning permission approval. We present this as a single, seamless service so you don't have to coordinate multiple parties yourself.
You pay for materials upfront before work begins. Labour is then invoiced in stages, only after each phase is completed and signed off by building control. You never release a payment until you are satisfied the work has been done correctly. This protects you completely and reflects our confidence in the quality of our work.
We are based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, and cover the wider Sussex, Surrey, and South London area. This includes Haywards Heath, Brighton, Horsham, Crawley, Guildford, Reigate, Croydon, and surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether we cover your postcode, just submit the form and we will confirm when we call.
A single-storey extension typically takes 10 to 16 weeks. A garden room or home office is usually 6 to 10 weeks. A loft conversion takes 8 to 14 weeks, and a double-storey extension can take 20 to 28 weeks. We will give you a detailed programme as part of your quote so you know exactly what to expect.
